Tomás has been an associate of our firm since 2022. During 2023, he took on a secondment at BHP Chile.

He specializes in advising domestic and foreign clients in corporate and commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions and due diligence processes, as well as daily and general advice on legal aspects of corporations.

Since 2024 he is one of the Pro Bono coordinators of the firm.
