Teresita is a senior associate of our firm. Since 2018, she has been advising companies on corporate, commercial, societary, M&A processes and general practice matters. Teresita also advises clients on ESG and Compliance matters.

Additionally, she has experience in restructuring processes due to closures, corporate reorganizations and labor advice to companies since she worked in these areas during the year 2020, due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Her clients include transnational companies and local entities, dedicated to technology, finance, factoring, retail, services, distribution, hospitality services, advertising, among others.

Teresita is a member of Cariola’s marketing committee.

• Legal auditing of financial client for legal structure and order in all its operations.
• Reviewing and negotiation of leasing and lease agreements for coworking company. 
• Advice a private investment fund for its entry into a Chilean sanitary company, including its due diligence, negotiation and subscription of a share purchase and sale agreement, and a shareholders’ agreement.
• Advice in the diagnosis and analysis of compliance breaches together with the implementation of prevention measures to an important company of casino services, mining, food production company, among others.
