Senior Associate
Sebastián has focused his practice on labor law. He has extensive experience in highly complex labor litigation, such as allegations of anti-union practices, violations of fundamental rights, among others; as well as in providing comprehensive advice to companies on contractual, union and collective bargaining matters.

Experience
Sebastián has been an associate of our firm since 2018. He has focused his practice on labor law. He has vast experience in highly complex labor litigation, especially in allegations of anti-union practices, violations of fundamental rights, work accidents, occupational diseases and unjustified dismissals, among others. He also provides comprehensive advice to national and multinational companies on contractual and union labor matters. Additionally, he has represented clients in collective bargaining processes and has extensive experience in the legal validation of internal company rules and human resources policies.
He is currently part of the Committee of Cariola’s podcast, “All You Need Is Law”.
