Rocío has been an associate of our firm since 2022. She is part of the Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions practice. She specializes in advising national and international clients in corporate, commercial and civil matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring transactions, civil and commercial agreements and due diligence processes.

Among the clients she has advised are regulated corporations, subsidiaries of transnational companies and local entities, dedicated to technology, transportation and logistics, fuel distribution, fund and portfolio managers, among others.

• Advised Campbell Global Forestry Investment Fund in the acquisition, valued at USD 4,500,000, of a minority interest in an active company in the forestry industry.
• Advised Inversiones Tronador Limitada and Inter Global Limitada in the acquisition of a minority interest, valued at USD 4,000,000, in a stockbroker registered in the Santiago Stock Exchange and in the financing of a capital adjustment.
• Advised Prize in negotiation with SPAC for opening in NASDAQ.
• Advising Red de Salud UC Christus in the incorporation of an ISAPRE.
• Advising Río King fruit exporter in transaction with Nuveen corporation (TIAA).
