Pablo joined our firm in 2007 and has been a partner since 2023.
He works in the areas of Corporate, Judicial and Industrial Property Law. His practice is dedicated to infringements and litigation in matters of Industrial and Intellectual Property. In the area of Commercial Law, Pablo advises clients in the preparation and negotiation of various types of contracts, as well as in the constitution, acquisition and liquidation of companies.
He is a lawyer who has advised clients in litigation, conflicts and infringements of Intellectual Property with operations in various industries and areas, such as luxury brands, pharmaceuticals, technology, toys, automotive, agriculture, mining, food, medical, etc., assisting clients such as LUXOTTICA, ROLEX, GOOGLE, LEGO, GLOCK, GSK, TIMKEN, PERNORD RICARD, HONDA MOTOR CO., PHILIP MORRIS among others.
