Josefina has been an associate of our firm since 2021, when she joined the litigation and arbitration group.
She has specialized in civil liability matters, focusing her practice in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration. She has also participated in the prosecution of class actions for infringement of consumer rights, administrative actions and claims of the most diverse nature, industrial property lawsuits, unfair competition lawsuits, insurance arbitration, and other matters.
She has represented and advised are banks, retail stores, transnational companies and local entities, dedicated to the construction, technology, shipping, mining, energy, and other industries.
