Larraín

Francisca has been an associate of our firm since the beginning of 2018 and works in the areas of Litigation, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution and Criminal Liability, representing both national and international clients before courts and arbitral tribunals in various matters such as civil liability, medical liability, construction, consumer, public law, administrative and regulatory claims and sanctions, bankruptcy and reorganizations, family conflicts, inheritance partitions and defense of intellectual and industrial property in civil and criminal proceedings.

Additionally, she acts as a court clerk before the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce. 

She has also provided advice and representation in Pro Bono Foundation cases.

• Advising national and international clients and participating in corporate, civil and commercial, criminal and environmental disputes before ordinary courts, special courts, including the Constitutional Court and Arbitration Courts.
