Francisca has developed her practice in litigation and arbitration, specializing in the resolution of highly complex civil, commercial, administrative and environmental disputes.

Experience

Francisca has been an associate of our firm since the beginning of 2018 and works in the areas of Litigation, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution and Criminal Liability, representing both national and international clients before courts and arbitral tribunals in various matters such as civil liability, medical liability, construction, consumer, public law, administrative and regulatory claims and sanctions, bankruptcy and reorganizations, family conflicts, inheritance partitions and defense of intellectual and industrial property in civil and criminal proceedings.

Additionally, she acts as a court clerk before the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce. 

She has also provided advice and representation in Pro Bono Foundation cases.

  • Representation of an important international real estate company in arbitration related to its operation in Chile.
  • Defense of a multinational auditing services company in an indemnity claim for alleged professional liability.
  • Representation of a multinational engineering and construction company in arbitration related to an EPC contract for a mining project in the north of Chile.

  • Representation of transnational fuel company in litigation and claims in administrative and regulatory law matters.
