María Belén has been an senior associate at our firm since 2017.

She specializes in advising national and international clients on matters related to mining property, contracts and mining operations, corporate and civil law, mergers and acquisitions, and civil and commercial contracting. Her advisory services include title review, contract negotiation and review, matters related to mining property, land use, corporate housekeeping, among others.

Her clients include subsidiaries of multinational companies and local entities engaged in the mining sector, distributors, hotel companies, among others.

She participates in Cariola’s and Sargent & Krahn podcast committee and has been engaged in pro bono activities.
