Correa

Macarena has been an associate of our firm since 2024. Her main areas of practice are intellectual and industrial property. She advises national and foreign clients in the management of their trademark portfolios, as well as in the processing of registration applications, contracts, and litigation related to such matters before the National Institute of Industrial Property and the Industrial Property Court.

Before joining our firm, Macarena worked in the litigation and arbitration area at another firm between 2019 and 2021, and later worked at the industrial property law firm Tmark Conseils in Paris, France.

Macarena participates in the Podcast Committee of our firm.
