Macarena has been an associate of our firm since 2021, working in the areas of Corporate Law and Antitrust. She has participated in mergers and acquisitions processes and corporate restructurings, as well as in corporate advisory and contract negotiations.

In antitrust matters, Macarena has participated in advising on collective waste management systems, within the framework of the Law on Extended Supplier Responsibility. On the other hand, she has also been involved in antitrust compliance processes for companies active in different industries.

• Advising Campbell Global on the acquisition of a minority stake in a company active in the forestry industry.
• Advising Neuvol, a collective tire management system, in the approval process before the Competition Court in the framework of the REP Law.
• Participated in due diligence process of the sale of Soprole to Gloria group.
