Luis Oscar is a consulting lawyer at our law firm, which he joined in 1994. His main areas of practice are Business Law, Corporate Law, Restructuring, Mergers and Acquisitions, Securities Market, Real Estate and Bankruptcy Law.

Due to his vast experience, he has intervened as an arbitrator in various litigation cases and is currently a member of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce.
