Juan Francisco is an associate of Sargent & Krahn since 2021.

He has specialized in advising national and international clients in the management of their trademark portfolios, as well as in the prosecution of the corresponding applications, contracts and litigation related to such matters. He has also developed professionally in the prosecution of patent applications and litigation related to such matters.

He actively participates in the prosecution of industrial property infringement trials in criminal proceedings and in the prosecution of patent and trademark infringement trials in civil proceedings.

Additionally, Juan Francisco was the captain of the Cariola/Sargent soccer team for 3 years, winning several titles in the Lawyers Football League.
