José Pablo has been an associate at our firm since 2021. He has focused his professional practice on matters related to technology, privacy, and cybersecurity. He has particularly dedicated himself to technology contracting, negotiation, and advisory services in the processes of development, licensing, implementation, and maintenance of software, privacy, personal data and information security, e-commerce, and, in general, matters related to new technologies and intellectual and industrial property.
He also works as a researcher at the Observatory of Bioethics and Law and at the Population Health Laboratory of the Institute of Science and Innovation in Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Universidad del Desarrollo.
