Javiera has been an associate of our firm since 2021. Her practice is mainly focused on advising international and local clients in various M&A transactions, including private negotiations for the purchase of assets and companies, mergers and joint venture agreements, including in the negotiation and preparation and review of share purchase and sale agreements, sale of assets, shareholders agreements and in due diligence processes, as well as in general corporate matters. Javiera also focuses her practice in the development and financing of projects on behalf of banks and financial institutions and debtors.

• Regular advice on commercial, corporate, and other related matters to Coca-Cola de Chile S.A. through Secondment.
• Advised American Industrial Partners in the negotiation and closing of a financing under Norwegian law granted by DNB Bank ASA and other lenders to the Aquaship Group.
• Provided legal advice to América Móvil in the joint venture with Liberty Latin, resulting in the merger between Claro and VTR.
• Financial legal advice to DNB Bank ASA in the negotiation, execution and modification of several financing agreements entered into with different debtor companies.
• Legal advice to the Belgian company, Bekaert, in the sale of its wire and steel products companies in Chile and Peru.
• Legal advice to NCR Voyix Corporation (formerly NCR Corporation) in the restructuring into two new open companies: NCR VOYIX and NCR Atleos. Specifically, advised NCR Voyix in the spin-off of its Chilean business, as part of the global restructuring of NCR Corporation.
• Legal advice to a well-known international technology company in the restructuring of its business in Chile, specifically in the transfer of its financial business from IBM Global Financing de Chile SpA to IBM de Chile S.A.C.
• Corporate legal advice to well-known consulting firm, in the sale process of a portfolio of 9 agricultural companies and their fruit farms.
