Glen has been an associate of our firm since 2021. His practice focuses in the areas of Finance and Banking Law, Securities and Foreign Investment, advising Chilean and foreign banks and financial institutions and Chilean companies in project finance, issuance of debt and equity instruments, syndicated loans and other financial transactions.

Additionally, he has participated in mergers and acquisitions and commercial agreements.

• Advised Empresa de Ferrocarriles del Estado in the process for registration, public offering, and placement of 10-year and 30-year promissory note programmes in the local market, amounting up to USD 37,936,970,000.
• Advised American Industrial Partners in refinancing of the existing debt of the companies Intership AS and Aquaship AS, together with the restructuring of guarantees in Chile.
• Advised Transbank in the registration of Transbank as an issuer of publicly offered securities in the Securities Registry of the Financial Market Commission, together with the registration of lines and series of unsecured promissory note programmes in the Securities Registry.
• Advised Blumar Group in the restructure of the existing debt and granting of new loans to companies of the Blumar Group, one of the main salmon producers in Chile.
• Advised Compañía Cervecerías Unidas S.A. (CCU) in the registration in the Public Offering Securities Registry of the Chilean Financial Market Commission of two unsecured promissory note programmes and advised in the placement of a promissory note program under Rule 144A and Regulation S of the Securities Act of the United States of America.
• Advised Natixis, Hong Kong Branch in the granting of a loan to State Grid Chile Investment SpA, guaranteed by the Chinese company State Grid International Development Limited.
