Francisco Javier Illanes has been a partner of our firm since 1987.

He has advised international companies in their investment projects in Chile, covering diverse industries. Including joint ventures and association with local partners, contracts negotiations, shareholder agreements, regulatory approvals, financing, corporate reorganizations, M&A disputes, and disinvestment processes.

He has participated in financial complex restructuring processes, investigations and processes with governmental authorities, and has been a board member of listed and privately held companies.
