Elizabeth specializes in Tax Law with experience providing advice to local and international organizations and operations, supporting tax compliance teams, transactions and reorganizations, in various industries such as technology, mining and food, among others.

Experience
Elizabeth has been an associate of our firm since 2018, working in the Tax Law team. Previously, she worked in the areas of Tax Compliance and International Taxation at PwC Chile. She has experience providing tax advice to national and foreign clients in local and international matters, including business reorganization processes, mergers and acquisitions, tax compliance and audit processes before tax authorities.
Additionally, she has participated as a panelist at international conferences, such as the Annual U.S. and Latin America Tax Practice Trends Conference, organized by the American Bar Association.
