Beatriz has been an associate of our firm since 2021. Previously, she worked in the Administrative and Regulatory Law area of the same firm. She specializes in litigation and arbitration of diverse nature, especially in civil liability, constitutional and industrial property matters. She has represented and advised individuals, transnational companies and local entities, dedicated to construction, technology, shipping, mining, energy, among others.

• Representation and advice to several Chilean and multinational companies in civil, constitutional and industrial property cases.
• Representation of contractor in arbitration related to EPC contract for mining project in northern Chile.
• Representation of Google in constitutional litigation.
• Representation of an important fuel distribution company in arbitration related to breach of concession contracts.
