Andrés is part of the corporate and antitrust practices, where he has worked in corporate matters, mergers & acquisitions from the corporate and antitrust perspectives, antitrust litigation, and commercial contracts.

Experience

Andrés has been an associate of our firm since 2018 in the Corporate and Antitrust practice, initially as a paralegal. He has represented both national and international clients in various matters.

In antitrust matters, he has advised national and international clients, especially in merger control cases, as well as other investigations before the Chilean Competition Agency (FNE) and trials before the Competition Court.

He also advises national and international clients on corporate and contractual matters, including mergers & acquisitions from the perspectives of negotiation, structure and due diligence.
