She has worked in the corporate area, advising domestic and foreign clients in corporate, financial, fintech and mergers and acquisitions matters.

Advice to

  • Advising Enel Chile S.A. in the negotiation and closing of an SGD linked facility agreement for USD 286,000,000, under English Law, granted by Citibank N.A., London Branch.
  • Advising Enel Américas S.A. in the negotiation and closing of a USD 500,000,000 financing granted by Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (New York Branch) and other lenders.
  • Assisted DNB Bank ASA in the negotiation and closing of a financing under Norwegian law, entered into by DNB Bank ASA and other lenders and the Aquaship Group.
  • Counseling a private investment fund to enter as shareholder to a Chilean sanitary company. Advise included the negotiation of a shareholder’s agreement.
  • Assisted BCI Asesoría Financiera and Banco Itaú in the negotiation and closing of the restructuring of a long-term project financing granted to DP World San Antonio, for the construction, development and operation of San Antonio Port.
  • Advising Empresa de los Ferrocarriles del Estado in the process of registration, public offering, and placement of 10-year and 30-year promissory note programmes in the local market, amounting up to USD 37,936,970,000.-
