Agustín has been an associate since 2023. He specializes in Corporate and Mining Law, with extensive experience in due diligence for share purchase agreements and drafting comprehensive mining property reports.
He also engages in litigation related to mining disputes and analyzes the regulatory framework governing mining activities.
During the last semester of 2024, he carried out a secondment with Rio Tinto, one of the world’s leading mining companies.
