We advise domestic and international banks and financial institutions on bilateral and syndicated financings, project finance, structured finance, and other financial transactions with diverse and complex collateral structures. We assist banks and financial institutions, financial intermediaries, investment funds and leasing and factoring companies in their operations in the country, regarding regulatory and compliance issues applicable to their business in Chile.
We also work in domestic and international financial distress situations, including financial restructurings and reorganizations.
We have extensive experience advising our clients in capital market transactions, such as public offerings of securities, takeover bids, takeovers of publicly traded companies, and corporate reorganizations of such companies, including advising and assisting Chilean and foreign investment banks in issuances and placements of equity and debt instruments, in Chile and abroad, as well as private and public placements, 144 A bonds and ADRs.
We are recognized for our advice to Chilean and foreign corporations with presence in Chile in their incorporation processes, capitalization, business development, joint ventures, sales of shares and businesses in the country and abroad, mergers and acquisitions, maintaining an interaction with the Central Bank of Chile, foreign investment authorities, Financial Market Commission and other public entities.
