Cariola Díez Pérez-Cotapos announces new partners

María Francisca Salas Claro, lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, who joined the firm in 2010 and is mainly engaged in advising clients on corporate, civil, commercial, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring transactions.

María Paz De Carcer Ruiz-Tagle, lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Northwestern University, United States, who joined the firm in 2019 and works in the area of Tax Law. Her experience is focused on corporate and high net worth individuals tax design and structuring, as well as other tax consulting.
