Experience
Mauricio has been an associate of our firm since 2023. He has focused his professional practice mainly in labor law. He has vast experience on labor litigation, particularly in unfair dismissals, violation of fundamental rights, accidents at work and occupational diseases and anti-union practices. Mauricio has also worked providing advice in Human Resources and labor relations, representing companies before the Labor Office and advising clients in collective bargaining processes.
