Experience

Daniela has focused her practice in labor and social security and immigration laws. Between 2016 and 2019 she was an associated with our Labor Law Department.

Since 2019 she worked as a Cabinet Advisor at the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, advising the authorities on labor issues, drafting, reviewing and processing law bills before the National Congress, analysis of international issues, participation in important working groups, such as the Ministerial Advisory Commission on Employment Quality, and in negotiations with relevant unions at national level, among other matters.

In 2022 Daniela rejoined our firm. She currently advises companies on labor matters such as labor relations, hiring and dismissal of employees; collective bargaining processes; social security, occupational health and safety matters; reorganizations due to the closing of production processes and/or corporate modifications; due diligence processes; outsourcing of services; representation of companies before the Labor Office; among others. Likewise, she provides advice on immigration matters, assists clients in the definition of immigration applications, such as obtaining temporary residence permits, temporary residency and permanent residency for expatriates.
