Experience
Cristóbal has been an associate of our firm since 2021. He focuses on advising domestic and foreign clients in mergers and acquisitions, including the negotiation and preparation of share sale and purchase agreements, sale of assets, shareholders’ agreements and due diligence processes, as well as in general corporate matters. He also advises on financing transactions, including the structuring of the financing, granting guarantees, and the negotiation of loan documents.
Relevant Transactions:
- Representation of Multiexport Foods in the sale of 24.5% of its shares in Salmones Multiexport to Cargill.
- Representation of Warner Bros. Discovery on the agreement with Carey Media Holdings to operate CNN Chile.
- Representation of Soprole in obtaining the loan agreement with HSBC for US$130 million.
