Experience
Valentina has been an associate of our firm since 2021. She currently works in the Corporate, Mergers, Acquisitions and Real Estate practice, advising domestic and foreign clients in corporate law, real estate, foreign investments, commercial and civil matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring transactions, civil and commercial contracts, as well as legal due diligence processes. Additionally, Valentina is part of the team of Pro Bono Coordinators and member of the Pro Bono Committee of Cariola Díez Pérez-Cotapos.
