Gabriel is a senior associate of our firm, which he joined in 2014.
He has worked in the Intellectual and Industrial Property area, currently integrating our Technology, Privacy and Media team.
He is the leader of projects related to personal data protection, consisting of auditing technological infrastructure to identify and overcome compliance gaps, and implement institutional policies and technical and operational controls; leader of projects of strategic management of intangible assets, considering policies and best practices for the protection and effective exploitation of proprietary developments, and the proper use of technology from third party licensors in order to prevent infringements; and leader of advertising ethics projects (Advertising Law), considering strategic advice for communication of promotional pieces and campaigns, hiring of media agencies, faces, models and influencers, labeling and labeling of products, negotiation of franchise and merchandising contracts.
Previously, Gabriel worked as in-house counsel in one of the main retail groups in the region, also practicing in the field of Commercial and Corporate Law.
