Experience
María Jesús has been an associate of our firm since 2021. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities issues, financing of domestic and foreign clients, and general advice to Chilean and foreign companies in incorporation processes, corporate governance, capitalization, development of new businesses, among other matters.
