Phillipe has been an associate of our firm since 2023. He advises local and international clients on individual and collective labor law; hiring and termination processes; anti-union practices; labor accidents; subcontracting; labor litigation and procedures; labor and social security collection; labor due diligence in mergers and acquisitions; drafting of employment contracts, internal regulations, internal human resources policies, and all types of labor documentation.
