Areas of Practice
Experience
Josefa has been an associate of our firm since 2021. During the period 2021 and 2023, she practiced in the areas of Corporate Law – Mergers & Acquisitions, advising local and foreign clients in corporate and civil matters, merger and acquisition processes, corporate restructuring operations, private investment funds, and civil and commercial contracting, among others.
Since 2023, she has practiced law in the area of Tax, where she has concentrated her work in tax consulting, tax planning and tax reorganizations, both locally and internationally, and in advising clients in audit proceedings before the Chilean Internal Revenue Service (Servicio de Impuestos Internos).
