Experience

José Pablo has been an associate of our firm since 2021. He has focused his professional practice in matters related to technology, privacy and cybersecurity. He has been especially dedicated to the contracting of technologies, negotiation and advising in processes of development, licensing, implementation and maintenance of software, privacy, personal data and information security, electronic commerce, and, in general, matters related to new technologies and intellectual and industrial property.

José Pablo is also a researcher at the Observatory of Bioethics and Law, Institute of Science and Innovation in Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Universidad del Desarrollo.
