Ignacia has specialized in strategic labor counseling and highly complex litigation, her experience of more than a decade as an in-house lawyer and human resources manager of a large company, gives her a practical vision to design solutions adjusted to reality.

Experience

Ignacia rejoined the firm in 2022 as a partner. She heads the Labor and Social Security area, which includes labor counseling, litigation and corporate migration. Her main focus is strategic labor counseling and the defense of employers before labor courts and authorities.

She has extensive professional experience in labor relations management and labor policy design, conducting complex investigations, as well as in sensitive collective bargaining processes.

He advises national and multinational employers of various sizes and sectors, such as health, mining, commerce, shipping, industrial and technological services, among others. He has specialized in the implementation of organizational and legal changes, as well as in conflict resolution with respect to workers, unions and executives, focusing on the reality of the company and its sustainability. He has represented trade associations before the Labor Commission of the Senate, the Labor Directorate and the Constitutional Court.
