Experience
Valentina has been an associate of our firm since 2021. She currently works in the Corporate, Mergers, Acquisitions and Real Estate practice, advising domestic and foreign clients on corporate law, real estate, foreign investments, commercial and civil matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring transactions, civil and commercial contracts, as well as legal due diligence processes.
In real estate matters, she has advised on large infrastructure projects, such as industrial plants, data centers, shopping centers, logistics and distribution operations centers and office buildings. His advice includes the review of titles, the negotiation of purchase and sale and lease agreements, the review of land use and building permit issues, and the review of contracts for construction, engineering and project management.
Additionally, Valentina was part of the team of Pro Bono Coordinators and member of the Pro Bono Committee of Cariola Díez Pérez-Cotapos during the years 2022-2024.
Advice to
- Advised Fonterra on the sale of Soprole to the Peruvian group Gloria for USD 640,000,000.
- Review and negotiation of leasing and fit-out contracts for commercial premises for major retail companies, such as Ripley, Levi’s and H&M.
- Advised multinational client on the development of its data centers in Chile, reviewing property titles and negotiating sale and purchase, lease and construction contracts.
- Advised multinational client engaged in the maritime and land transport industry and in the provision of logistics and warehouse services, in the development of its distribution centers, reviewing property titles and negotiating purchase and sale, lease, construction and service provision contracts.
