Phillipe has been an associate of our firm since 2023. He has focused his practice in labor and social security law, as well as in anti-union practices; labor accidents; subcontracting; labor litigation and procedures; labor and social security collection; labor due diligence in mergers and acquisitions; drafting of employment contracts, internal regulations, internal human resources policies and all types of labor documentation; conducting internal investigations related to labor and sexual harassment; company-employee relations (ESG).

He has advised national and international clients in matters of individual and collective labor law, hiring and termination processes, labor litigation and procedures; labor and social security collection; anti-union practices; labor accidents; subcontracting, labor due diligence in mergers and acquisitions; preparation of employment contracts, internal regulations, internal human resources policies and all types of labor documentation.

Additionally, he has prepared and applied prevention protocols and investigation procedures in accordance with the Karin Law and investigations of labor and sexual harassment.

• Defense of Google in labor lawsuits brought by subcontractors.
• Legal defense of Casino Marina del Sol against claims of former senior executives of the company.
• Advice on Karin Law matters, including investigations in accordance with the protocols and procedures of Capstone Copper and BHP.
• Integral advice to Codelco, Talana, Clínica Universidad de Los Andes in their daily operations in labor contractual, union and collective bargaining matters.
