Pablo has been an associate of the firm since 2023. He has focused his practice on advising national and foreign clients in mergers and acquisitions processes, participating in due diligence processes, negotiations, shareholders’ agreements, as well as in the preparation of purchase and sale agreements, both of shares and assets. Additionally, he has dedicated his practice to corporate advisory in the corporative area.

• Advising Rio Tinto Mining on the acquisition of the Agua de la Falda project from Minera Meridian. Signing of Shareholders’ Agreement between Rio Tinto and Codelco, in which they jointly hold a shareholding.
• Advising Inversiones Juberajo in negotiations and signing of exploration agreement for mining concessions, regarding to Sociedad Contractual Minera Las Tinajas.
• Multiple advising Franco-Nevada Corporation through its subsidiary Minera Global Copper Chile S.A. in the acquisition of mining royalties.
