Macarena has been an associate at our firm since 2023. She began her professional practice in 2021 in corporate and financial law, specializing in mining law since her incorporation to our firm. She advises several national and foreign mining companies in corporate, commercial and civil matters, financing, project development, M&A processes and cross-border transactions.

• Participation in joint venture processes for the exploration and development of mining projects.
• Participation in various due diligence processes on corporate, financial, and mining law matters.
• Advising national and international clients in corporate restructuring, acquisition of shares, partnership rights, and participation in Chilean companies.
• Advising a multinational mining company on the acquisition of gold and copper net smelter return royalties related to a mining project in Chile.
• Advising multinational clients in the preparation of security packages for credit agreements and project financing.
