Ivanna
Olsen

Ivanna has been an associate of our firm since 2022 and her practice focuses on tax law, advising national and international clients in matters such as corporate and family structure planning and reorganizations, including tax aspects related to M&A and due diligence processes, consulting on tax compliance, both fiscal and municipal, and on the interpretation and application of international tax treaties. She also has extensive experience advising clients in tax audits before the Internal Revenue Service.

• Advised important national clients in the defense of their claims as taxpayers in administrative proceedings before the Chilean Internal Revenue Service.
• Advised a foreign financial company in the review of the tax aspects of the restructuring and transfer of a loan connected to major funding in the energy industry.
• Advised an international client for the opening of a subsidiary in the country, in relation to tax compliance and forms of financing its activities in a tax efficient manner.
• Advised international company in the structuring and implementation of ownership and control of shares in a local company.
• Advice to several local and foreign clients on a day-to-day general tax matters such ad compliance, legal consultations, proceedings before agencies involved with different tax obligations, among others.
