Constanza has been an associate of our firm since 2021. She focuses on advising domestic and foreign clients in mergers and acquisitions, including the negotiation and preparation of share sale and purchase agreements, sale of assets, shareholders’ agreements and due diligence processes, as well as corporate matters in general. Additionally, she advises on restructuring, financing, granting of guarantees and negotiation of credit documents of domestic and foreign companies.

• Advising Warner Bros. Discovery in the sale of CNN Chile, and negotiation of the agreements, allowing the buyer to continue with the operation of the channel, including a license agreement.
• Advising Multiexport Foods in the sale to Cargill, Inc. of 24.5% of the shares of its subsidiary, Salmones Multiexport S.A., including the negotiation of a shareholders’ agreement between Multiexport, Cargill, and Mitsui.
• Advising a private investment fund in its entry into a Chilean health care company, including the negotiation of a shareholders’ agreement.
• Advising an important media company in its Put Option exercise.
• Advising different companies of the Multiexport group in the drafting and amendment of their shareholder´s agreements.
• Continuous advising technology companies, such as IBM and Kyndryl.
