Camila has been an associate of our firm since 2021, focusing her practice on litigation and arbitration matters. As part of the Compliance and Anti-trust team, she has also participated in the design and implementation of crime prevention models.

• Representation and advisement of Chilean and foreign companies in civil, criminal, constitutional and administrative cases.
• Representation and advisement of an important retail company in an international commercial arbitration
• Representation of a contractor in an arbitration related to an EPC contract for a mining project in northern Chile.
• Representation and advisement of an important e-commerce platform in consumer, civil and constitutional cases.
• Counseling companies on the implementation of crime prevention models in industries such as technology, mining and medical supplies, among others.
